It has come to my attention that individuals having been copying parts of my own original writing contained in my posts to their own websites, etc. or using excerpts of this blog for their own purposes.

The original writings which are posted here are the property of Deaf Pagan Crossroads and Virginia L. Beach, and are copyrighted as such. Thus, such original writings cannot be reproduced elsewhere without the expressed permission of the owner of this blog.

As a general rule, I am happy to give such permission when requested, as long as the information copied from this blog is credited to the Deaf Pagan Crossroads and/or myself. You can contact me to request such permission either by leaving a comment on the post you wish to copy, or sending me an email to oshginva@gmail.com

Whenever possible, I try to credit information taken from other sites as well. Sometimes I may overlook doing so… feel free to keep me honest by contacting me if you see anything that is not properly credited.

Some of the graphics utilized here may not be credited because I do not have knowledge of the source of the photograph or picture… or because they come from public graphic sites or from graphic programs that I own. Should you see a graphic here that you feel has not been properly credited and you have information regarding such, feel free to drop me a line.

I do wish to clarify that some of my posts will contain poems, prose, photography, etc. that is NOT my original creation and as such is not covered by this copyright law. Such material is often in the public domain and thus can be utilized by anyone.

The purpose of this post is to protect my own original work (my writing) from being taken and utilized without my knowledge or consent. If you are uncertain if certain contents of this blog are in fact my original work and thus protected, please contact me privately at oshginva@gmail.com to discuss the matter.

Let’s all show proper respect for one another, and not be stealing each other’s creativity. A lot of time and effort goes into the writing of my posts, and while I am always flattered when someone wants to post it elsewhere or utilize it in some fashion (for a school paper or whatever), I prefer it be done with my knowledge and consent.
